Our Schoolwad follows the scheme of CBSE as a part of its Examination Reforms Programme. It covers every relevant aspect of a child's personality, behavior and performance with diverse learning situations. It respects the cardinal principle of holistic development by covering the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, so that the head, the heart and the hand are harmoniously developed. Thus it incorporates both scholastic and co-scholastic aspects of education. Besides the subjects like languages, social science, mathematics, science, physical and health education, work experience, art education and computer studies, a student is also assessed for life skills, attitudes and values, and participation in different co-curricular Indoor & outdoor activities. The academic year is divided into two terms as follows:
First Term: April - September
Second Term: October - March
Winter Vacation: About 12 days in January
Summer Vacation: About 30-45 days in May, June & July
